Introduction
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is important for keeping your website secure. If you see any SSL issues, follow these simple steps to check and fix them on ElySpace.
Step 1: Click on Services
First, go to your dashboard and click on Services. This will take you to the My Products & Services page.
Step 2: Click on Manage Button
Next, find your service and click on the Manage button.
Step 3: Click on Login to cPanel
Now, look for the Login to cPanel option. Click on it. In cPanel, you can manage all your website services.
Step 4: Use the Search Bar
Once you are in cPanel, find the Search Bar at the top. Type in SSL/TLS Status and click on it when it appears.
Step 5: Check SSL Status
You will see circles that show the SSL status. If the circles are green, your SSL is already installed. If they are red, click on Run AutoSSL to start the installation.
Step 6: Wait for Confirmation
After clicking Run AutoSSL, it will take some time to install. Once it’s done, you will receive a confirmation notification that says the installation was successful.
